Preface to Ireland

As I haven't had much internet access traveling about the Emerald Isle, my blog has been lacking.  I've been keeping a physical journal in the meantime of all the adventures that have come my way; and there are indeed many adventures.  However, the power converter that I have is only good in all of Europe except the U. K. and Ireland, so I will not be giving the full details of my trip until I have the time and electricity needed to do so.  Hopefully, this time will come soon.

Dublin

The city of Dublin, Ireland's capital, is short.  There are absolutely no skyscrapers.  Stephen, Josh, and I toured the Guinness Brewery which had an amazing view of this short city in its Gravity Bar.  Now everyone is sleeping while I write this blog.  Something about not enough sleep on the airplane nor the night of packing.  I figure if I'm going to spend 900 euros to get here, I'm not going to spend it sleeping, I'm going to spend it on facebook and blogspot.

Speaking of euros, it cost me 520 United States dollars to buy 350 European euros.  I hate politics.

Airport

The time has arrived.  I am writing this on two hours of sleep due to a strong amount of procrastination.  Yesterday consisted of: getting up early for work, ziplining around the forest (that was my job), packing everything (literally everything), saying goodbye to friends and family, and packing some more.  This entire time I've been wondering how people, like that guy who invented light bulbs, can do such amazing things on so little sleep.  Meanwhile, I have to go through security three times because I didn't take my laptop out of the bag and completely forgot about my belt.  Curse you, burden of sleep!

I'll be on the airplane shortly.

End.
